General Insurance Code of Practice
Coalition Insurance Solutions Pty Ltd, along with its subsidiaries, related entities, and Authorised Representatives, is collectively referred to as "we," "our," or "us" herein. Due to the authority delegated to us, when acting on behalf of an insurer, we are obligated to comply with the General Insurance Code of Practice (the Code).
The Code is designed to set minimum standards of practice and service in the insurance industry and requires open, fair, and honest dealings with customers.Â
The Code aims to:Â
Foster a better and more informed relationship between insurers and their customers.
Enhance consumer confidence in the general insurance industry.
Establish fair and effective methods for resolving complaints and disputes between insurers and their customers.
Encourage insurers and their professionals to adhere to higher standards of customer service.
Promote continuous improvement in the general insurance industry through education and training.
We have adopted the Code where applicable and are committed to complying with its standards.
