Tom Draper
Managing Director, UK, Coalition
Tom leads the UK insurance business and brings together underwriting, claims, and business development teams to support brokers and policyholders across the market. Prior to launching Coalition’s UK division, Tom spent nearly 20 years as a cyber insurance broker, running a global division in the London market and advising clients on complex cyber risks.
Laura Stewart
Head of UK Claims, Coalition
Laura leads the UK claims function and has over a decade of experience in insurance, cyber, and financial lines, having previously worked as a private practice lawyer specialising in cyber and privacy. She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
Shawn Ram
Chief Revenue Officer, Coalition
Shawn leads Coalition’s business development, underwriting, and strategic insurance initiatives, overseeing teams of underwriters, risk engineers, customer success, and actuaries. With nearly 20 years of experience, he previously led teams at Aon and Crystal & Company.
